This post is about the integration of Google Calendar, the most popular calendar application on the web, and how you can leverage ChatGrape’s functionalities to boost your workflows and communication efficiency. It is one of the areas where ChatGrape excels: the ability to integrate and work with the tools you use the most.
So how can ChatGrape and Google Calendar work together to make you more efficient?
Make your life easier by having all events and meetings at your fingertips
With ChatGrape, we’re developing a speech act detection engine in order to automate workflows and get the most out of your time. One of the first things that we’ve released in this direction is smart date recognition connected to your calendar.
What this means is that you can type a number of keywords in your messages to sync with your calendar. Type, for instance,
- #today to visualize your today’s calendar entries. Works with “#tommorrow”, #day before yesterday etc
- #weekday: use Friday to check the entries for Friday. Works with any other work day.
- #this week: will show you everything going on this week. Works with #last week, #next month etc.
- #oct 22: will show you events and meetings from a specific date. Works with any date, #month, #year.
